Streaming platform — Portugal Health
Large-scale platform for the Portuguese Ministry of Health. Front-end lead in React/Next.js/TypeScript, MUI design system and Figma prototypes.
Brazil → Sicily
Front-end developer. Incurable traveler. Writer in the making. All in the same woman.
I've been building interfaces for 5+ years — and collecting sunsets, time zones and chapters of a book I'm yet to write.

About me
I was born in Brazil with a thirst for the world no map could satisfy. Three years ago I claimed my Italian citizenship, packed my bags and moved to Sicily — not Milan, as my old résumé kept insisting. My time zone is the Mediterranean now, and the golden late-afternoon light has become part of who I am.
I'm a Leo through and through: I love forging my own path, helping the people beside me, and being recognized for who I truly am — not just the developer who delivers, but the woman who travels, writes, reads, plays music and turns life into a collection of stories.
Experience
I lead the front-end of a large-scale streaming platform for the Portuguese Ministry of Health. React, Next.js and TypeScript, with reusable MUI components — also acting as UI/UX designer and building the Figma prototypes from inception.
I built complex applications for government systems for traffic management and environmental monitoring. Responsive layouts, data-driven UI and UX refinement cycles at government scale.
I built mobile and web features with Ionic, Angular and Firebase for the MEUPET app — including a geolocation-based lost & found feature and a BMI calculator.
Web and mobile projects with PHP, JavaScript, Ionic and Angular — building solid foundations in systems analysis, databases and interface development.

Creativity + Code
Years of building interfaces took me beyond code. The same creative curiosity that makes me write and travel led me to Figma and design — and gave me a rare sensibility for what people want to see, feel and solve.
I see the product through the user's eyes — behavior, experience and meaning before the pixel.
Design that solves, not just decorates. Every screen exists to clear an obstacle from someone's path.
I translate ideas between design, product and engineering — because I move naturally between logic and creativity.
Prototypes and interfaces in Figma, built around the people who use them.
Videos and photos from my travels around the world.
Books that marked me, opened and told on video.
Content in English and Italian about starting over on an island.
The woman behind the code
I don't take the stars too seriously — but I like what they whisper about me. This year is a quiet one: a chapter of study, intuition and getting ready for what comes next.
Travel journal
Every sunset is a stamp in the passport of the soul. I share the routes, the tips and the mishaps with whoever travels with me — come along.
Travel with me
In my WhatsApp group I share travel tips, itineraries, experiences and the mishaps no one tells you about. Come collect sunsets with me.
@anyinsicily
On @anyinsicily I share, in English and Italian, what it's like to be a Brazilian building a life in Sicily — the bureaucracy, the beauty, the food, the small wins of starting over in a new country. It's the Any who helps those dreaming of the same path.

From the notebook
I've always written to make sense of moving. The blog is where the essays live between trips; the book is the longer story of leaving Brazil, reclaiming Italy, and learning that home is something you carry, not somewhere you land.
